According to the new Fire Protection Regulation for Properties located in or near (up to 300 m) forest and grassland areas (No. YPEN/DAOKA/55904/2019, Government Gazette 3475B/2023) requires the preparation of the Risk Assessment Form and Technical Report by a competent technical scientist (engineer, forester, etc.) and their submission (along with the Declaration of implementation of fire safety measures) to the online platform or to the relevant Municipality by 26/4/2024.
